We stayed with you in June. We had a wonderful five days, taking you around Abashiri and its surrounding areas on a relaxed and comfortable drive. We gazed out at the horizon at Cape Notoro, cycled around Lake Saroma and the Wakka Primeval Flower Garden while listening to the birdsong, and enjoyed the beautiful sunset at Bihoro Pass. We also had fun enjoying the BBQ at the roadside market, interacting with the cows on the farm, and watching the auction at the fishing port... it was a unique experience that is different from a regular tour. We'll definitely book you again!

I visited Abashiri for the first time in 40 years in the summer of 2025. The last time I visited was in February, so I went to see the drift ice. I was impressed by the Ezo red foxes sitting on the large ice.
The weather was perfect, and the sunflower fields next to Memanbetsu Airport, the "Hana Tento" flower garden, and the lighthouse at Cape Kumatori all stood out against the blue sky. During my stay, I also had the valuable experience of attending the welcome ceremony for the new ship, Asuka III, which I contributed to Abashiri Port. I was particularly moved by the sight of the cherry salmon, whose determination and determination led them to repeatedly jump over rocks upstream to spawn. I thoroughly enjoyed the bounty of the northern seas, from sushi to seafood bowls. I was also very grateful to Mr. Ogasawara for his helpful car service from Memanbetsu Airport to various tourist spots and restaurants. I look forward to returning to Abashiri soon.

I went to Abashiri in February after hearing that I could see Japanese long-tailed tits. I did. Many of them flew about. So adorable. It's amazing that they can survive in this cold with their thin bodies. Flying squirrels and Hokkaido squirrels are both familiar and cute. The sight of swans walking in a line on a frozen lake was somehow amusing.
I returned in September, drawn by the coral grass. The guide carefully showed me around various spots, from places where I could see it in the distance to places where I could see it up close. The seaside was covered in red, and I could sense the presence of the creatures that have lived here for a long time. I was touched by the unexpected appearance of two red-crowned cranes, who made me realize that they live here.
I love that humans and other living things can live in close proximity to each other.
Female in her 70s

The trip to Abashiri that you guided me on this summer was a wonderful and memorable experience. It was a custom-made trip that you can't experience on a regular tour. Being able to explore the majestic Okhotsk wilderness at our own pace as photography enthusiasts was a truly luxurious experience. We also enjoyed exquisite gourmet food that we would never have been able to find on our own, making it a very satisfying trip. Thanks to the guide's gentle and warm personality, I felt at ease from start to finish.

My husband and I went to Hokkaido, and as we had never tried ice fishing for smelt before, we asked Mr. Ogasawara, who was a colleague of ours at the same company, to take us. It was a really fun trip. I have traveled overseas several times regularly, but this was my second time to Hokkaido, and the tour, which was lovingly arranged by an old friend who lives there, was especially special. Next time, I would definitely like to go see the drift ice.

I enjoyed my trip to Abashiri. Beautiful views and great food. The whole atmosphere felt very peaceful and relaxing. I visited also several museums, where I learned many interesting things about the local area. The people I met there were very friendly. The guide was friendly and explained everything well. I would love to visit again!
Female 20s

My travel style is usually to take public transport to the destination and then rent a car from there, but Abashiri is a new place for me and is a large area, so I needed a compass, so I asked for a full guide to accompany me and took me around carefully selected impressive spots. The accommodations and restaurants recommended by local residents were all truly impressive, making for a truly enriching trip.
